anastasia’s love of chocolate and artistic appetite inevitably led her to candy-making.  After dabbling in the arts and working in the art world for 10 years (faming and art sales), she discovered her favourite medium when her mother-in-law taught her how to make chocolate fondant creams.  be sweet is the result of years of playful experimenting and sharing chocolates with friends and family.
